WHAT WE DO
INITIAL TEACHER TRAINING (ITT)
– DEVELOPMENT AT ALL STAGES OF A TEACHER’S CAREER –
From introducing new teachers to the fabulous world of working with the next generation, all the way through to developing leaders in education – we’re committed to providing high quality Initial Teacher Training (ITT) to give you the best foundation when entering the exciting world of teaching.
Train to teach with us through a variety of courses ratified by our university partners.
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
– OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED AROUND YOU –
We encourage open and honest feedback so that we can provide training and development that our school partners can get the most out of. One of the benefits of being part of the Lion Alliance is that we regularly meet with and co-construct the training needs of our partners; flexibly adapting what we do to address the latest needs and gaps in knowledge at the time.
SCHOOL TO SCHOOL SUPPORT
– VALUE FOR MONEY THAT’S SUSTAINABLE –
As an Alliance we aim to provide affordable training and events to not only our partners but also external schools as well. We do not operate for profit and are regularly evaluating what we do to ensure we can continue to offer expert training and well-known speakers to our network at prices that are sustainable. We understand that schools are under more time and financial pressure than ever before and we honestly discuss barriers to what we offer so that we can continue to remain open and inclusive.
As we are a Primary and Secondary partnership of schools across Coventry and Warwickshire, our alliance is perfectly positioned, whatever your phase, to help your school improve and achieve.
