RECRUITMENT

An important part of our ITT programme is supporting and preparing our PGCE trainees to find their first teaching vacancy.

Sadly we cannot guarantee a job will be available at the end of any of our programmes, but the Lion Alliance is made up of a large number of schools and we have many initiatives to help support our new teaching professionals to get a job in teaching. The majority of our trainees secure roles during the course, before successfully completing it at the end of the year.
