The Lion Alliance is a partnership of 20 Primary and Secondary Schools that work together to deliver meaningful Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Continual Professional Development (CPD) and School to School Support programmes. We are based in the Coventry and Warwickshire area and include both public and private schools.

We approach our ITT, CPD and School to School programmes collaboratively through working together by utilizing the strengths and expertise within each of our schools; pooling our knowledge and strengthening our understanding as a group. We look for talent in every school we are partnered with and find there are experts everywhere, whether they are well known individuals or a hidden gem that just needs their chance to shine. One of our aims is to support development and promote these individuals to share knowledge and teach others. Teaching doesn't end in the classroom.
We offer a variety of help and support between schools and are always looking at continuous improvement to support our partners in the best way possible.
